Why is a feature not sending messages?
Run Setup Health and confirm Rooke can view the destination channel, send messages, embed links, and attach files when cards are enabled.
Why can’t Rooke manage a role?
Move Rooke’s highest role above the role it needs to assign or restore. Discord never lets bots manage roles above their own.
Why does the dashboard not show my server?
Sign in with the Discord account that owns the server or has Manage Server permission, then refresh the server list.
What should I include in a support ticket?
Include the server name, affected feature, what you expected, what happened, and any Rooke support reference shown in the error.
